jiggles is telling you to go to the outpost Chantry of Secrets, kneel in front of the statue of Grenth, pay 1k, and go on your merry way to the Underworld.

before you go scurrying into UW, make sure you got the right build to farm it.
Otherwise, you'll just end up wasting money instead of making one.

Have a look around for UW farming build, theres plenty in this forum.

A good (and easy) place to farm is Farahnur, the first city. It can be done with a 55, 600/smite, 330 rit, 130 derv, terratank...You could probably whip up a paragon build if you needed to.
